For solid waste management systems, Inca is a pioneer in waste segregation bins at source for household use and for industrial applications. Inca also produces custom waste collection bins for compactor trucks now available in the market. Inca waste segregation bins are all compliant with Republic Act 9003 or the “Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000.” Other environmentally related products of INCA include the INCA Anaerobic Septic Tank System or a mini sewage treatment plant (STP). Developed and introduced since 1994, the INCA septic tank has been tested and its performance validated by various Government Agencies and multinational companies in Malaysia, Thailand and Philippines. The INCA septic tank is compliant with Republic Act 9275 or the “Clean Water Act”.

INCA also owns various Intellectual Property Rights in the form of Trademarks and industrial design Patents in the Philippines specifically for waste management products and systems, Agricultural and Mariculture plastic products.
